Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Georgian Revival style built in 1921. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a side gable roof clad in original slate. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney and one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 8/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay portico characterized by a flat roof with classical wood posts.
