Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1900. The building is square in plan. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original stone and original brick. The building has a high hip roof clad in original clay tiles and four hip-roofed dormers. Clay tile roofs on dormers. Front dormer in the Palladian style with arched window above center of four casement windows divided by four Ionic pilasters. There is one rear, rear slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Also stained glass casement and transom windows and multi-paned casements and arched window with sunburst pattern. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a flat roof with square stone posts on side walls stone piers. Original wood door with full glazing in decorative wood surround.
