Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built in 1897. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard. Decorative arched sunburst patterns in gables. Exterior siding restored in 2016-2017. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and brackets and dentils. Three large gables with full eave returns. There is one rear, rear slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Art glass transom windows on first floor. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a flat roof with triple ionic wood posts on square stone piers. Wood door with full glazing.
