This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1906. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are historic stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and three hip-roofed dormers. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are historic stained glass, Geometric pattern/1 casements. 1-over-1 double-hung and picture windows elsewhere. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers.
