Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Italianate style built in 1881. The building is t in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and decorative bargeboard. There is one side left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Some 2-over-1 on front. There is a single-story, partial-width partially enclosed characterized by a flat roof with doric wood posts. The porch is partially screened.
