This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Tudor Revival style built ca. 1920. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one front, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are replacement aluminum clad wood, 6/1 double-hung sashes. Entry door centered between two front bays and is located at grade.
