Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built in 1889. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard and original wood shingles. Decorative wood panels. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Octagonal turret at southeast corner. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with triple round wood posts. Arched opening within gabled roof. There is a single-story, side, frame addition.
