This is a 2.5-story multi-family residence in the Queen Anne style built in 1891. The building is l in plan. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are historic stucco. Stucco cladding likely added in early 20th century over wood clapboard. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side left, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Also picture windows with transoms above; wood casement windows on addition with geometric patterns. There is a platform/stoop. Pedimented canopy with dentils above entry. There is a two-story, front and side, frame/stucco addition. Residential.
