This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Minimal Traditional style built in 1957. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick and original wood siding. Also Lannon stone cladding on first floor. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Windows are original wood, 1-light casements. There is a platform/stoop.
