This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Tudor Revival style built ca. 1870. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are historic stucco. Original siding was likely wood clapboard. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one front, exterior, brick chimney and one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 10-light casements. There is a platform/stoop. Arched header over front entry.
