Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built in 1891. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard and original wood shingles. Band of square cut shingles above second floor. Wood shingles in a wavy pattern in front gable. Decorative wood ornament and fanlight in porch gable. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and decorative bargeboard and four gabled dormers. There is one center, straddle ridge, wood siding chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, wrap-around open porch characterized by a hip-and-gable roof clad in asphalt shingles with doric wood posts. Porch extension added 2009. There is a 1 and 2-story, rear and south side, frame addition. Historic rear additions, 2009 front porch addition, 2010 rear 2nd floor and side porch additions.
