Architectural Description:

This is a 3.5-story apartment building in the Tudor Revival style built in 1922/1926. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. Also decorative terracotta ornament. The building has a flat with parapet roof with decorative cornice and modillions and head scupltures. There is one rear, flat roof, brick with terracotta chimney pots chimney and one rear central courtyard, flat roof, brick with terracotta chimney pot chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Also mult-paned French doors and pointed arch mult-paned casement windows and diamond-paned casement windows. There is a single-story, single-bay platform/stoop characterized by a flat roof with square stone posts. Multiple entrances within courtyard with decorative stone surrounds.
