This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1909. The structural system is masonry and stucco. Exterior walls are original brick and original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and four shed-roofed dormers. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney and one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, Prairie Grid/1 double-hung sashes. There is a platform/stoop characterized by a hip-roofed canopy with bracket supports roof clad in asphalt shingles.
