This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Tudor Revival style with English Arts and Crafts influences built in 1928. The structural system is masonry and stucco. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick and original stucco. Stone decorative details. The building has a cross gable roof clad in original slate. Paired front gables. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney and one side left, rear slope, brick chimney. Windows are original steel, Multiple-light casements. There is a single-bay recessed entry.
