This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Colonial Revival style built in 1915. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and four gabled dormers. There is one rear, rear slope, stuccoed chimney. Windows are original wood, 1-light casements. There is a single-bay central platform/stoop characterized by a recessed arch roof with square pilasters stuccoed posts.
