Exterior walls are original stucco and original brick veneer. Base of front bay is clad in brick. The building has a side gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one shed-roofed dormer. There is one front, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, Prairie Grid-light casements. There is a single-bay platform/stoop characterized by a flat canopy with bracket supports roof. There is a 1 and 2-story, side, frame/stucco addition. Residential addition.
