Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1909. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are replacement stucco. Decorative wood trim in geometric patterns The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with deep and three arched dormers. There are two rear, rear slope, brick chimneys. Windows are original stained glass, Geometric pattern-light casements. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a flat with parapet and roof balcony roof with square stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers.
