This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built ca. 1913. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. Decorative wood banding in front gable. The building has a high front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with eave returns and two multiple dormers. South-facing gabled dormer and north-facing hip-roofed dormer which caps a two-story bay. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 2/2 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts. Side entry porch.
