This is a 3-story commercial building in the Queen Anne style built in 1891. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original metal panels. Rusticated Ashland Brown Stone used for window sills and headers. Decorative brickwork. Decorative stamped metal panels cover upper floor bays. The building has a flat with parapet roof and decorative parapet and frieze. There is one side left, exterior chimney. Decorative brick chimney. Windows are replacement wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Decorative transom windows. Multiple entrances to commercial stores and upper floors are located at grade.
