Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story multi-family residence in the Richardsonian Romanesque style built in 1891. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original stone. The building has a flat with parapet roof clad in original slate and decorative cornice. Decorative cornice and turret with rounded corner. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Arched top sash. There is a single-story platform/stoop characterized by a gabled canopy roof clad in asphalt shingles.
