Architectural Description:

This is a 3.5-story apartment building in the Prairie School style built in 1906. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is brick. Exterior walls are original brick. Limestone banding and trim. The building has a flat with false mansard roof clad in original clay tiles. South half of roof is replacement asphalt shingles. Four full-height bays with hexagonal roofs (two clay tile, two asphalt). Windows are replacement vinyl, 6/1 double-hung sashes. Two entries with paired doors and transom windows are at grade.
