The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Copper gutters. There is one front, front slope, stuccoed chimney and one rear, rear slope, stuccoed chimney. Windows are original wood, Decorative-light casements. There is a platform/stoop on side walls stuccoed piers. Hidden side entry door.
