This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Vernacular style built ca. 1890. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are modern vinyl siding. The building has a gable front roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two shed-roofed dormers. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1-light casements. There is a single-story, full-width partially enclosed characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts. There is a dormers, east and west roof slopes, frame addition. Residential.
