Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1904. The building is t in plan. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard and original stucco. Wide board siding at base, narrow clapboard on main body of house, and stucco at second floor window level. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one side right, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original stained glass, Geometric pattern-light casements. There is a single-story, single-bay enclosed porch characterized by a flat with parapet roof. Side entry porch.
