This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style with Queen Anne influences built in 1913. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and historic vinyl siding. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and three gabled dormers. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Also leaded glass window on front porch. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a shed with hipped base roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on side walls brick piers.
