Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built ca. 1892. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard. The building has a hip and gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two gabled dormers. There is one center, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with doric wood posts. Entry door has transom window above.
