This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1909. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original wood shingles and original stucco. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. Double-gabled roof along north-south axis. There is one center, straddle ridge, stuccoed chimney. Two decorative chimney pots. Windows are original wood, Prairie Grid-light casements. There is a platform/stoop. Side entry porch.
