Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1909. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and three hip-roofed dormers. There is one side right, exterior, brick and stucco chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width open porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers. Arched porch opening, side entry to porch, screens on front.
