Architectural Description:

This is a 2.5-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1906. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. Wood banding and trim. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and three hip-roofed dormers. There is one side right, exterior, brick and stucco chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, full-width open screened characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers.
