Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1913. The building is cross in plan. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original brick and original stucco. The building has a cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with wide eaves. There is one front, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, Prairie Grid-light casements. There is a single-story, partial-width enclosed porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts on side walls brick piers. Side entry to porch.
