This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1907. The building is l in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are original wood clapboard. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/1 double-hung sashes. Several 6/1 replacement windows on first floor. There is a platform/stoop.
