This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Prairie School style built in 1908. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and one hip-roofed dormer. Solar panels on south roof slope added in 2017. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, Prairie Grid/Prairie Grid double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, single-bay open porch characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts. There is a single-story, rear, frame/stucco addition. Residential.
