Architectural Description:

This is a 4-story multi-family residence in the Tudor Revival style built in 1927. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. Also slate and stucco and wood half-timbering. The building has a flat with parapet roof clad in original slate with parapet walls. There is one front, exterior, brick and stone chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 6/6 double-hung sashes. Multiple entries at grade.
