Architectural Description:

This is a 3.5-story multi-family residence in the Tudor Revival style built in 1921. The building is courtyard in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original stone. Decorative stone medallions, shields, banding, sills and door surrounds. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are replacement aluminum, 1/1 double-hung sashes. Also multi-pane wood fixed and casement windows in the stair halls. Multiple entries with stone stairs and landings. Multi-pane wood doors with multi-pane wood sidelights in stone surrounds.
