Architectural Description:

This is a 10-story office building in the Art Deco style built in 1929. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original terracotta and original brick. Terracotta has been painted, granite base, metal panels. The building has a flat with parapet roof. Windows are original wood, 9-light fixed. Revolving door flanked by two doors below two levels of transom windows inside a two-story terracotta surround.
