Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story duplex/double in the Queen Anne style built in 1907. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are historic stone and historic brick. The residence is of brick construction with brick walls exposed on the side and rear elevations. The front façade is clad in stone. The building has a flat roof and decorative parapet. The parapet features a decorative stone arch at the top of the two-story bay window. Windows are historic wood, 1/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, two-bay open porch characterized by a flat roof with rectangular wood posts on rectangular stone piers. A porch is located on the right side of the front façade. Two front doors are located within the front porch. There is a two-story, rear, frame addition.
