This is a 2.5-story single dwelling in the Vernacular style with Craftsman influences built ca. 1900. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are original wood siding and original stucco. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with distinctive eaves and one gabled dormer. Windows are original wood, 8/8 sash. There is a single-story, full-width partially enclosed characterized by a gabled roof clad in asphalt shingles with doric wood posts on side walls wood siding-clad piers. Off-center to the right directly up the stairs that lead onto the partially enclosed porch.
