This is a 1-story single dwelling in the Craftsman style built ca. 1915. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are replacement wood siding and original stucco and wood half-timbering. Wood siding around sides and rear of house, stucco and wood half-timbering on front upper face. The building has a medium front gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice. There is one rear, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 sash. There is a single-story platform/stoop. Center on front face of house. Concrete stairs lead onto stoop, exposed to the elements with no porch roof. Vinyl door with glass panel and windows surrounding front door.
