Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single dwelling in the Tudor Revival style built in 1913. The building is l in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are original stucco and wood half-timbering and replacement vinyl siding. The building has a multi-plane cross gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with open cornice and brackets and one gabled dormer. There is one rear, rear slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 4/1 double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, partial-width partially enclosed characterized by an integrated (under the main) roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts on side walls vinyl-clad piers. Primary Entryway on center of front face. Porch covered by second floor, open on first floor with wood column support on side walls.
