Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style built in 1913. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are stucco. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with distinctive eaves and brackets and two gabled dormers. The roof is a bright red color. There is offset left, side slope, metal flue. Windows are original wood, 2/2 casements. There is a single-story, full-width enclosed porch characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with rectangular stuccoed posts.
