This is a 2-story single dwelling in the Prairie School style built in 1914. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are replacement stucco and wood half-timbering. Original colors were white/green, they are now yellow/brown. Half-timbering details are the same, just different colors. The building has a cross-hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with deep and two hip-roofed dormers. There is one side right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, Geometric pattern-light double-hung sashes. There is a single-story, side partially enclosed with square wood posts on side walls stuccoed piers. On right side of house stairs lead to partially enclosed porch with two sides open to the elements. Primary Entryway is wood door with one large glass panel and decorative trim matching half-timbering surrounding door frame.
