General Remarks:

The actual construction date is unknown, as it is missing the original building permit. It is likely circa 1920 which would make it's age similar to structures around it. In addition, the house does not show up on the 1908 Sanborn map of the Village, meaning it is more likely that the permit is missing rather than the house was built before 1902, although that is still a possibility.
