Architectural Description:

This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style with Tudor Revival influences built in 1917. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick and original wood siding. The building has a cross gable roof clad in terra-cotta tiles with box cornice and one shed-roofed dormer. There is one offset left, front slope, brick chimney and one side right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 6/1 sash. There is a single-story, three-quarter partially enclosed characterized by a gabled roof clad in terra-cotta tiles with rectangular brick posts. The house has an enclosed veranda on the left side in addition to the front porch.
