Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style with Prairie School influences built in 1923. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with wide and brackets and three hip-roofed and gabled dormers. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 3/1 casements. Original windows are set back from new windows. There is a single-story, three-quarter enclosed porch characterized by a gable with flat eaves roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts. Entry is covered by an awning supported by brick pillars on the right side of the house.
