Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style with Prairie School influences built in 1923. The structural system is masonry. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with wide and brackets and three hip-roofed and gabled dormers. There is one side left, exterior, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 3/1 casements. Original windows are set back from new windows. There is a single-story, three-quarter enclosed porch characterized by a gable with flat eaves roof clad in asphalt shingles with square brick posts. Entry is covered by an awning supported by brick pillars on the right side of the house.
