This is a 2-story single dwelling in the Prairie School style built in 1915. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with deep and two hip-roofed dormers. There is one side right, side slope, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 1-light casements. There is a single-story, full-width partially enclosed characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with rectangular stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers. Off-center left directly up stairs on front porch.
