This is a 1.5-story single-family residence in the Vernacular style built in 1908. The structural system is frame. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles and two shed-roofed dormers. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 sash. There is a single-story, full-width veranda characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with round wood posts on square wood piers.
