This is a 2-story duplex in the Prairie School style built in 1908. The building is rectangular in plan. The structural system is frame/stucco. Exterior walls are original stucco. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with deep. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are original wood, 8-light casements. There is a single-story, full-width partially enclosed characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square stuccoed posts on side walls stuccoed piers. Primary entryway is off-center right directly up concrete stairs onto porch. Front door is wooden with a rectangular window pane at eye level.
