This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Italianate style with Prairie School influences built in 1924. The building is irregular in plan. The structural system is frame. Exterior walls are stucco and replacement wood siding. Most of the house is stuccoed with a small entry addition has wood siding added sometime between 2014 and 2018. The building has a pyramidal with back gable roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with box cornice and brackets. There is one side right, side slope, brick chimney and one center, straddle ridge, metal flue chimney. Windows are original wood, 1/1 sash. There is a recessed entry.
