This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Queen Anne style built in 1906. The structural system is frame. The foundation is concrete. Exterior walls are replacement vinyl siding. The building has a hip roof clad in replacement asphalt shingles with deep and four hipped and flat dormers. There is one center, straddle ridge, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 1/1 sash. There is a single-story, full-width veranda characterized by a hip roof clad in asphalt shingles with square wood posts on square wood piers.
