Architectural Description:

This is a 2-story single-family residence in the Craftsman style with Queen Anne influences built ca. 1896. The structural system is masonry. The foundation is stone. Exterior walls are original brick. The building has a flat with parapet roof with deep and false beam ends. Gabled front parapet has asphalt shingles. There is one side left, flat roof, brick chimney. Windows are replacement vinyl, 9/1 sash. There is a single-story, partial-width veranda characterized by a shed roof clad in asphalt shingles with doric wood posts on square brick piers.
